Add the optional caraway seeds for classic pumpernickel bread. *New York Rye is a medium light rye that is full flavored and with body. Add the optional caraway seeds for a true New York flavor. Look for a distinctive split top--even from your bread machine. * San Francisco Sourdough is reminiscent of gold rush days of old California. This tangy bread is light colored and crusty with a signature split top. These are great breads that will please your family and impress your friends. Comment: What a great idea these breadmaking mixes are! The two pounds loaves baked up great using our Breadman Pro, and saved me a lot of money and time. This homemade bread is far more delicious than boughten bread. THANKS SO MUCH!
