Summary: Good pepper 2008-05-25
Comment: This is a very low price for this spice, compared to the grocery store....if you can find it. I use a lot of it in white clam sauce, mashed potatoes, white sauces of all types...anywhere you don't want black flecks of pepper. Large amounts can be frozen to protect freshness.
