Summary: Only Candy Suitable for a Munchkin--and for Parents Too 2007-08-09
Comment: Yes, I too tried to peel off the edible inner-wrapper--couldn't read the candy info, now could I? I grabbed the candy in the first place because it reminded me of some milk candy I had eaten in Japan. I checked the ingredients: Milk, butter, corn syrup, sugar--ah-ha! Check. Couldn't get much simpler and more wholesome than that (my four-year-old freaks if she eats artificial colors). Once we whipped through opening half a dozen of the treats and realized all of them were wrapped in the paper thin inner-wrapped, I took a chance and just popped it in my mouth. Not-too-sweet and extremely CHEWY! Chewier than taffy. Milkier than caramel. Completely addicting! Will have to try the lychee and mango flavors too! FUN for kids and their perpetual-kid parents.

Summary: 30 years and still the same! 2007-07-18
Comment: I first had this candy about 30 years ago. It was the best candy by far around that time in China. Very surprise to see it hasn't changed a bit (not even the package)! I still like the taste. What else can I say? 5 stars!

Summary: Simple Ingredients 2007-06-03
Comment: Do you know what the ingredients in some of your favorite candy is? Can you even pronounce them?
Well, with White Rabbit, it's simple ingredients all the way:
corn starch syrup,
cane sugar,
butter, and
milk
That's it, four simple ingredients that make a pretty tasty candy.

Summary: You can get them in the US 2007-05-19
Comment: If you know where to look. For instance, go into any Chinese grocery in Queens, and you're bound to find them in the candy isle. I grew up in Queens, so I've been eating them since I was little (even though I am not Asian, I'm Jewish!)
I just purchased a big bag yesterday, and strangely they were mint flavored, although there was no indication of this on the bag. Very strange, but pretty good.
