Comment: We now buy this product by the 55 lb. bag. The taste is delicious. Substitution for sugar is easy as its equal parts. This product is lower in calories than sugar, helps your teeth and gums, doesn't make you crave sweets, is as low glycemic as vegetables. Look up Xylitol on the web to find out more. We never use sugar anymore.
