Customer Rating: Summary: Rip Off! 2008-06-05 Comment: A few days after I placed the order, I find out that the item I selected is out of stock and they offer to send a comparable item in exchange...this was a Mother's Day present. I agree, but then the piece that they sent was very poor quality and had sodering remnants where it had been repaired and then sent out as a new piece. Buyer beware!
