It slides out like a dream, and feels very durable. My only complaint, is that the bins are slightly too small on the bottom, so keeping them upright is a pain. If you look very closely on the picture, you'll see that the bins are resting on two parallel sections of the frame, very closely to the edge of the bin. Therefore, one or the other corner likes to slip down. This does NOT however affect the sliding function, as it does not fall below the bottom of the hardware. All in all, I'm happy with the product. It does indeed slide completely out so both bins are fully exposed - awesome. I will just have to find different bins, or a facny way to rig it.
