Comment: I use them (I bought 2 as I usually go through 2 electric knives per summer) for filleting fish.

Comment: So far this product has worked well for us. It's very simple to use and easy to clean. The only problem that has ever come up is my wife keeps trying to insert the blades upside down so that the trigger is on top.
