Summary: Bad product, terrible service, No BRAUN 2007-11-02
Comment: I bought the electric water kettle just a year ago. Right after the one-year warrantee expired, the kettle stopped working. I called the Braun service, they told me they DO NOT repair water kettles, and since it just passed the warrantee, they wouldn't give me a dffierent one either. And the attitude was VERY BAD! They cut you off the phone as soon as they understand the warrantee was over. I had to call 4 times, and was cut off four times.
If I knew I paid this much money for a product to heat water for just a year, I'd choose something much cheaper. --j. chou

Comment: I'm totally happy with this. Does exactly what it says (heats water) and looks nice on the counter. An appliance I can rely on and don't spend much time thinking about. perfect.
