Summary: The item different than shown on internet 2007-11-15
Comment: I ordered "honey" bread box but the box I received was an unfinished wooden box without "honey" color. The knob on the door was assembled inside of the box so you can't open the box either. The customer service was not professional, he/she didn't even ask the reason for returning and told me that 20% of restocking fee will be applied.
