Summary: The Best coffee maker 2008-06-07
Comment: I guess I became accustomed to having great coffee, until the warming plate on my Bunn left my 2nd cup cold. I tried cleaning out a Mr. Coffee machine that was in storage. Big mistake. Bitter taste still in my mouth from this morning from the Mr. Coffee machine. Never had a bitter taste from the Bunn. I will just have to see if the Bunn can be repaired, or buy a warming plate, or a new Bunn.

Comment: Although this machine is not user friendly,I really love how fast this coffee comes out hot and strong! When they say read the instructions, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! It is very easy once you understand the proper order of how to do the fastest cup of one of the best cups of coffee you can make!

Summary: This thing won't break 2008-04-12
Comment: I've had one of these for at least 15 years. I always wonder if there is a better coffee maker out there but this thing won't go away. I have had two times when it starts leaking around the bottom. In both cases I took the top off and put a new gasket around the area where the water goes into the stainless tank. Then its good for another 5 or 10 years.
This thing is so simple and brews coffee fast at the right temp.
What is the point of buying anything else. Best money I ever spent.

Summary: Best Coffee & Tea Maker in the Whole Wide World 2008-03-05
Comment: My parents have used Bunn coffee makers for years, but this is the first one that I have ever actually owned myself. What a joy it is to have coffee or tea any time of the day or night and in less than 3 minutes. I have become a life-long convert. By the way, for all you tea drinkers out there, simply put the tea bags or leaves in the carafe, pour water through, and let it go. Amazingly simple and delicious! Competitive price, quick delivery, and a lifetime of incredible brews!!!

Summary: Outstanding!! 2008-02-09
Comment: I rarely write reviews but I had to tell you that I LOVE THIS COFFEE MAKER!! I had one for about two years and just last month it started tripping GFI breakers and just basically blew up on me. I called Bunn, expecting the usual fight about returns. I was told to pack it up and ship it and they would look at it to see if it was fixable. If not, I would receive a new one. I did have to pay about $13 for shipping but two weeks later I arrived home from work to see a brand new Bunn sitting on my porch! It was that easy!! I so rarely get good, quick service that it shocked me. I didn't even have to send the receipt but I had registered my product when I first got it so they looked it up easy enough. I have had two Bunns, the first I lost in a divorce and the second being the one that was just replaced. It brews great coffee quickly....it is no lie it only takes three minutes. Wonderful product and wonderful no-hassle service...they have a repeat customer in me, for sure!
