Summary: Great pan! 2008-06-25
Comment: What a great pan! I bought it to replace the skillet that came with my set and I'm so glad I spent the money. This thing is versatile. I can make stir frys, omelets, grilled cheese, and I've even made a casserole on the cooktop with it. The very best thing is that it cleans up very easily. I am now working on replacing all of my cookware with Calphalon products.

Comment: Pan works ok, very large and heat does not conduct well. Lid is awkward, handle sticks up too high to stack. Overall not a bad pan for the money.

Comment: Wish i had found this pan years ago! It's extremely versatile, not too heavy to lift with one hand if necessary, and cleans so easily! Love the glass lid, and it is also ovensafe to 375 degrees. For this price, you just can't go wrong.

Summary: Not a bad pan - and quite good, for the price 2008-02-08
Comment: After reading others' reviews, I decided this was the saute pan I wanted to try. The price was hard to pass up. After using it for a while, I am quite happy with it, but I do wish it had a heavier/thicker bottom. On my smooth-top cooktop, it can "wobble" a little when I use it, and not lay completely flat - but not nearly as badly as some other cookware I've used. Overall, I'm quite glad I got it.
