Summary: More than Pleased 2008-03-12
Comment: I am oriental and use a stir fry pan to cook almost everything everyday - vegetables, meats, seafood, eggs, soup, stew... Looking for a good and reasonable stir-fry pan for a while. After going through many stainless steel, iron and cheap non-stick pans, I think I have finally found THE ONE.
---The Good---
Big (reduce spattering), high quality surface, non-stick inside and out, good looking. Have been using it for about a month. Just a simple joy to use and clean each time.
---The Desired Improvement---
Wish the silicone portion of the handle were a bit closer to the Pan itself to enable lifting with one hand easily. But this could be entirely due to my weak arm. My workaround is to dish out the content before lifting. But accidents happen and sometimes I get my delicious food out on the counter or stove:-)
A lid would be a welcome addition also.

Summary: A steal! 2008-01-18
Comment: This is a great quality wok-style pan at a terrific price. I've had mine for about a year now and am still very happy with it. It's BIG, which is great for making a lot of stir-fry and the surface is a very high-quality nonstick one. I like the handles, though I'm not sure if this would be a good pan to go from stove to oven with (not very likely in wok cooking, anyway). Highly recommended.

Comment: this wok works great. I have not had anything like this for a long time. the best one i had was also circulon, also with long handle, but lighter (similar to the wok they have now with 2 short handle). however they don't make it anymore. this is the second best. i like circulon because it's very durable, i use it on a daily basis for almost all my dishes, and it last for a long long time, this one is a little heavy but after working with Joyce Chen's wok (so heavy like training for weight lifting), this is a piece of cake, i can handle it with one hand. the long handle just makes lifting a lot easier. absolutely love it.
