Summary: Finding the right product 2007-09-01
Comment: I looked the Internet over & finally found just what I was looking for. Knowing the right name for an item is really a plus. A preserving kettle, was a lot different from a jelly pan or jelly pot. Oh well, I got my preserving kettle & have been very well pleased with it. Will gladly recommend this site to anyone.

Summary: I haven't received my item yet. 2007-08-24
Comment: I ordered my pot from Posteins Home & Beyond on July 25th, it arrived damaged, I sent it back, and I still don't have my pot. Customer service won't return my calls, and no body seems to want to help me.
How do I like my pot? I don't know, and I probably never will.
