Summary: Very Good Carafe 2008-01-02
Comment: I really LOVE the fact that it holds my entire 14-cup pot of coffee. It keeps the coffee hot, but not quite as long as the last carafe that I had, but then, coffee doesn't last that long around my house. Also, I like that I don't have to remove the lid to pour a cup of coffee, I simply push the button and pour. I like this product so much that I am going to buy one as a gift for my brother-in-law.

Comment: This carafe keeps coffee hot for several hours. Also, it's stainless inside so no worries about a glass liner breaking. I have not noticed any flavor taint because of the stainless liner. It's a good buy for the money.

Summary: Don't buy if you like hot coffee 2007-02-08
Comment: I would not recommend this product if you are using it for hot drinks. There is no glass lining and the coffee tastes tainted from the metal. So sorry I bought this. It looks nice

Summary: Danger, Coffee May be HOT! 2006-08-08
Comment: If keeping your coffee hot is your goal then this is a 5-star product! We use it at work & coffee time is 2 pm for us. When I come in at 8 am the next morning the coffee is still fairly warm in this thing! Excellent! However, it tends to drip when pouring especially when extra full so leave some room to minimize this problem. The only other issue is that enough air pressure can build up inside that the pour-lever isn't strong enough to open the seal & you must unscrew the lid first & that tends to blow coffee around a bit. Again, this happens mostly when pot is over filled. Otherwise, it's great for the price & construction seems very durable. Solid 4 stars!
