Summary: We like our corningware 2008-07-28
Comment: Perfect for my Christmas Creme Broulee. CorningWare just seems to be nicely made. We would like to find the covers for this size ramekin since it would help with transporting to family events. Pleased with these, just wish they could be cheaper. :)

Comment: For some cooking, Ramekins are essential. These are larger than most but are suitable for may applications. I use these for potatoes au-gratin and other single serving dishes. They're a bit large for flan or custard.
