Comment: This blender does all I need without the extra buttons that break quickly and are rarely used. The jar is a nice, heavy duty glass. The blender comes apart easily for cleaning. Felt it is a good buy overall.

Summary: Works great for our family! 2008-06-12
Comment: We purchased this blender a couple of months ago. My son is constantly making milk shakes and my husband and I make margaritas in it. It has worked perfectly every time. Since we leave it on the counter the look was important, this one looks very nice.

Summary: Love it or Loathe it 2008-03-07
Comment: I bought this blender at Macys on sale about $50. Did have trouble on 2nd use-always keep receipts and warrantys. Warranty replaced unit (now I have 2 glass containers - many mixed drinks) and no problems yet - still have about 2 1/2 yrs left on warranty. I do like the ice crusher componet as my refrig is old fashion and has no built ins. Sounds like a Love it or loathe it mixer having read the various reviews but I think this can be said of many counter-top blenders..

Comment: This blender works great and is easy to use. I have a lot of Cuisinart appliances and trust the quality plus they have a 3 year warranty. There are so many brands it just makes it easier for me to start with Cuisinart and see if they have a product I like.
