Summary: We use this more than our regular oven 2010-03-15
Comment: My husband and I use this all the time. You can make everything from roast chicken to pizza to plain old toast. Meat roasted with the convection feature is juicy and delicious. Since it is just the two of us, my husband and I make a lot of our meals in this oven. We don't know what we did before. Now we can't live without it.

Comment: Love it! I have had toaster ovens it seems like forever, and rarely used them. However, this is the best one ever. I use it all the time now, and it is easier than using my big oven. The convection cooking and the larger interior space is great. I love the fact that it is all stainless. Great quality!

Comment: This is the best toaster oven I have ever owned - and I've had half a dozen of them over the years. I finally retired my old Black and Decker oven because I got tired of the temperature dial popping off every time I tried to use it.
The Cuisinart electronic keyboard is easy to use, and lets you program the oven for regular baking, toast, broil, convection, reheat or defrost. You can reprogram it while in use if you need to change the baking temperature or time, which is a great convenience - you don't need to go through the whole programming sequence again.
It is easy to clean, which is a plus; and the sleek design and stainless steel body look good on the kitchen counter.

Comment: I quickly realized all toaster ovens are not created equal. I had bought a cheaper toaster oven and quickly returned it after only 2 weeks. It wouldn't toast and could not seem to manage to cook a pizza with any sort of even heating. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money on this more expensive Cuisinart model but after reading the positive reviews I decided to go ahead and buy it and I'm glad I did. I live alone and use my toaster oven every day for cooking or for toasting. Also, it fits a 12" pizza which is key for me. I haven't used the convection oven feature too often but have been experimenting by using it and have been really happy with the convection oven feature.
I highly recommend this product. Cuisinart is a name you can trust.

Comment: I ordered this toaster/convection/broiler oven about a month ago and have used all of the features with success. Today I used the convection feature to cook a partially thawed chicken breast. I did have to guess at the time and also use an instant-read thermometer. The end result was a delicious moist breast. i use the toast feature most every morning with various types of bread. I have not yet perfected the timing for these breads but feel that it will come with practice. So far, I have been very happy with this oven and since I mostly cook for only one, it is very useful indeed. It would be very helpful if the manual had more of a variety of recipes or if Cuisinart would provide a separate cookbook for this oven.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who routinely cooks for only one or two persons.
