Comment: If you've never used this type of zester to zest fruit - you are missing out. The difference between this and other types is night and day.

You get nice, fine zest and the balance is just right so that you don't get too much pith.

Comment: This item works really well. I used it to zest lemons and it worked much better than the other one I have. My only problem was that I didn't realize that the bottom edges would be so sharp and cut myself while cleaning it.
