Summary: Beautiful, unique, and very cool- just not quite tall enough 2008-06-26
Comment: This was a very nice item, albeit a tad expensive, and I really liked the idea of hanging it on the wall to save on counter space. Unfortunately, the bottom of the frame is closed, and it was too short for my bread knife, which has a 9.5" blade. Also, it'll probably only hold six knives (as pictured) with a round hole for the sharpening tool on one end. If you have a bigger collection of cutlery, you might need to seek other alternatives. I wound up purchasing the Fernanda 10-slot stainless steel and birch knife block. It has an acrylic window as well, so you can see which blade is which.

Summary: Knife Stand 2008-02-13
Comment: There is only one minor flow on this product, it cannot hold small knives securely without them leaning on the side and sliding out; attaching a magnetic tape on one side of the knife slot solved the problem and the knives are now securely in place. I still rate this product 5 stars because of it's sleek design, clean workmanship, installation flexibility, and ease in cleaning. I especially like the safety provided by the glass enclosure.

Summary: CulinHome Frame Knife Stand Review 2008-01-27
Comment: The product i am happy with, at least the one that i recieved not already broken. I'm not sure if it was shipped to you broken, and you then shippid it to me broken, or if the product left your facility intact, then broke on it's way to me. All i know is that 2 out of the 3 i had shipped to me, were broken beyond use.

Summary: Awesome knife rack! 2007-03-29
Comment: In the past we've had the usual angled countertop knife racks that come with knife sets. However, we recently remodeled our kitchen and put a refurbished antique maple butcher block in the middle. I'd thought about designing and making my own knife rack to attach to the side of this butcher block as the ones I'd seen left the knife blades exposed and that's not good when we have visiting children. Then I came across this fabulous item and purchased one and installed it. Looks terrific, holds a nice assortment of kitchen blades that you can actually see (rather than guess which knife is at the end of that exposed handle) and the blades are fully protected from curious little fingers. Great product and well worth the money.
