Summary: Died 2005-11-06
Comment: We have the previous model. It was a gift. When it died less than a year after we received it, we thanked our stars we sent in the warranty card and called Delonghi. The told us since we did not have a reciept to prove when it was actually purchased, they would not honor the warranty. I won't buy anything from them again. It died after LESS than a year, in spite of us taking good care of it, and they would not stand behind their product.
