Customer Rating: Summary: banker's chair 2008-07-26 Comment: The chair arrived in a box that was demolished-enough that UPS suggested returning it-which I did. There was a small amount of initial confusion when the chair went to some warehouse and they didn't notify the main office but once that was cleared up there was a new chair on the road almost immediately. The chair is sturdy and well worth the money.

Customer Rating: Summary: Beautiful Chair 2007-09-05 Comment: Very nice chair to fit in with my all antique (Except for this chair) wood office. The only thing I don't love is the suspension is a bit clunky.
