Summary: If you like pea soup, come on over. 2008-06-15
Comment: However you will have to scrape it off the walls. The pressure release on the lid worked on only occasionally. One of the times it did not was yesterday, when the whole contraption blew up. If you need more persuasion, I'll note that I had to replace a torn gasket the first week I had it. If you're still not sure, you are one stubborn dude.

Summary: Love It 2008-03-28
Comment: I was introduced to the world of pressure cooking by my mother-in-law. I was intimidated by the old type with the little wiggly thing on top. These models with the locking lid and pressure selection make me feel comfortable with no fear of have purple hull peas on my kitchen ceiling. I had the 6 quart Fargo, but absolutely love the larger size, it means more left overs. I also love the non-stick finish, makes for quick clean-up. My only small complaint is that the steamer basket scratches the non-stick finish.

Summary: Pressure cooker Review 2008-03-12
Comment: The cooker is an excellent addition to my kitchen. Saves lots of time & does some things, rice, even better than conventional means.
UPS was not at their best. The first one was broken in shipment. Late pickup also.

Summary: Turned off by non-stick surface 2008-02-27
Comment: I was excited to order this product at a great price. I liked that it was all stainless steel. I ended up quite dismayed that the interior was non-stick. It was very strange--non of the advertising or manuals mentioned it at all. I contacted Fagor and they said it shouldn't be non-stick. So I got Amazon to send another one. It was non-stick too. So I returned it for a refund.

Summary: I love this pressure cooker! 2008-02-25
Comment: I love this pressure cooker! I received this as a gift, and I have used it several times! This is the second pressure cooker I have had, the first being the kind with the wobbly top. It was so loud and scary, but this one is excellent. It's quiet, and I don't freak if my children are running around! The food turns out excellent every time, and it is so quick! I love it, and I would recommend it to anyone.
