Customer Rating: Summary: Prefer springform pans 2008-10-30 Comment: Needed a triangular pan for a cake. Used butter spray, but still had problems getting cake out of pan. It may be more a function of the fact that this is not a springform pan, from which it is usually easier to remove cakes. Otherwise, a fine pan.

Customer Rating: Summary: Baker's Delight! 2008-10-21 Comment: These cake pans (I purchased three of different sizes to make a tiered cake) are top quality. They came professionally packaged to ensure they wouldn't get dented during shipping. After use they cleaned up well! I love them!
