Customer Rating: Summary: Better with use 2007-01-04 Comment: These are nice, sturdy potholders with appropriate padding. Before I washed them, they were a bit stiff and large. . . too large to be handy [and my hands are not small]. After machine wash and dry, they shrank significantly and became suitably pliable. Now they are quite serviceable.

Customer Rating: Summary: Horrible shipment timeframes 2005-01-28 Comment: I've had to approve 4 delays on my order for this, so I don't even have the potholders yet (even though I ordered them almost 2 months ago). Don't purchase from this supplier if you want anything quickly!
