Customer Rating: Summary: SO DINKY, What is the purpose? 2005-07-07 Comment: This is pretty much a thick plastic carrying bag. It is way to small, narrow and dinky for a cart. You can't roll it around with much in it because it won't work! I returned it and lost shipping.
