Summary: disappointed 2008-07-11
Comment: From the image, I was expecting a nice large end cap on both ends. But there is only one - the other side is a small end cap that the paper towel roll easily falls off if you tear the paper with one hand to that side. There is only one bracket to screw the holder into the wall or cabinet, so it doesn't appear mounted straight when a roll of paper towel is on the holder. I was hoping for better and wished someone would have written this review before I bought it. it might work for you, but if you want a holder to securely hold the towels, then look elsewhere.

Summary: Wonderful Addition 2007-06-10
Comment: I was looking for a specific type of towel holder for my master bath and when I received this one, it was exactly what I needed and blended in with my new decor perfectly. It is very sturdy and actually could be used either sideways or upright.
