Plus, with no filters or power cords to mess with, you can brew and serve right at the table. The full-length handle is both comfortable and stable, while the all-steel mesh plunger mechanism can be used with coarse coffee grounds or loose tea leaves. Frieling's double-wall construction keeps hot beverages hot and cold ones cold if you use the pitcher by itself for milk or juice. All parts disassemble to wash by hand or go in the dishwasher. Summary: Not too pleased 2008-08-16
Comment: grounds are getting passed the plunger mechanism and into my coffee. I've been grinding my beans as coarsely as possible in order to eliminate smaller pieces of grounds from getting through. Also, the coffee itself is coming out oily. So, I'm not too pleased with this product.

Comment: I have never written a review before, but I feel that with this product (Frieling Stainless-Steel 35-Ounce French Press) I have to!!!!!!!
Not only is it heads and shoulders above any other french press in looks and durability, it makes the BEST coffee I have ever made!!!!!!
Also, there is no waste like making a full pot.
East clean up too.
I have given my old coffee maker away!!!!
I HIGHLY recommend this product!!!!!

Comment: This is the best French Press I have owned. It filters the coffee very well. The only thing that may be of concern is it is pretty heavy, especially when full but your buying a Stainless Steel pot so what do you expect. I only gave it four stars because of the weight. Good product, I would buy it again.
