Trussing Made Easy! The Food Loop is the first heat resistant silicone food trussing tool designed to replace kitchen string and toothpicks in the prep and cooking process. Use thefoodloop to hold stuffed, rolled, bunched and wrapped meats, fish and veggies. It is arthritis friendly and the loop adjusts from 1 to 4 inches diameter. You can use it in any pan on the stove top, in the oven, microwave or in the freezer.
