Summary: Gaggia Classic Early Days 2004-04-09
Comment: Just acquired the Gaggia Classic Espresso machine. I had experience with a prior espresso machine, so installation and setup was easy. Followed the instructions for warmup and pump priming... worked well. The espresso is fantastic... cafe quality... you have to experiment with the fineness of the grind and the pressure in your tamp to perfect the quality... but it does not take too many attempts to get there... I am satisfied with the quality and quickness to achieve it...I cannot comment yet on the durability of this machine, since it is a new acquisition... but plan on exercising it frequently...
