Summary: one handy grill 2008-11-03
Comment: This is not the cadellac of grills by any means.....but....it is perfect for me...why ? ....well, i have a very small place.....and i dont like to spend alot of time preping to cook.....this grill is perfectly sized for my small screened in porch...and i dont have to worry about sparks from flames catching anything on fire... in truth i love this grill.... i have used it 2-3 times a week since i purchased it...cleanup is quick n easy.....i love not having to buy charcoal or propane ect....so simple fast n easy...makes grilling a breeze...thanks George !!

Comment: We purchased the George Foreman Electric Grill in June for our condo deck. It cost under $100 with shipping, and is rectangular rather than round, so fits nicely into a corner and doesn't take up a lot of room. We have used it for steaks, burgers, even sweet corn on the cob, and it works fantastic. Easy cleanup too, with non-stick surface. It is just perfect for us.

Comment: This grill is a great product. Was easy to assemble and works well inside or outside. Since it is electric, there is no mess like grills using charcoal. Also, no propane to worry about. Requires an outlet either indoor or outdoor. Easy to clean. Drains grease into a supplied pan. Gives you the option to use it on supplied stand or without. Has a thermostat control that heats up grill quickly and cools down almost as fast when done. Since it is rectangular, has more service to work with. Grill cover is light and easy to use. This grill is a great value for the price.

Summary: Item Broken When Recieved Terrible Customer Service 2008-04-18
Comment: I purchased this item for a gift at Christmas and the entire bottom of the grill was broken upon delivery. We followed the exchange policy and contacted Toastmaster immediately for the replacement part and was told they would send it out. When a month went by and we received nothing we contacted them again and was told it was on back order. Well that was 4 months ago and many emails that are now unanswered and we haven't received any replacement parts and Toastmaster is now ignoring our emails.
I will never order from Amazon or Toastmaster again for their terrible customer service and will be contacting the better business bureau with my complaint.
