Amazon.com Review
With a unique design, this George Foreman grill pan fights fat two ways: It has a nonstick surface, so you can use less oil; and it separates grease from meat while cooking. Twelve inches in diameter, the pan features patented, raised "ribs" that drain away fat and grease. Simply cook food on these ribs and then pour the excess oil out of the specially designed spout on the side of the pan. The pouring technique takes a little practice ("slowly and carefully" is what the instructions advise), but once you've got it down it comes naturally. The pan is made with a Teflon nonstick interior and a PES (polyester) exterior, and is designed for use on a stovetop or in the oven (up to 390 degrees F), but never under an oven broiler or in a microwave. It comes with a one-year limited warranty. --Ariel Meadow Stallings
