Summary: lousy toast! 2007-11-08
Comment: This toaster oven looks great on the counter... but that's about as good as it gets. My biggest complaint with this product is that it doesn't have a TOAST setting. To toast a simple bagel, you need to experiment for days with the baking temperature and the timer until you find the right combination. Even witht he best possible combination, you never get nice crispy toast -- just dried out bread. As for the timer, can we say "annoying!" It's so loud, and it keeps ticking for a few minutes even after the time is up. The only good thing about this oven was that it BROKE COMPLETELY after only 5 months - I still had the receipt so I was able to return it.
