Summary: Not bad looking BUT leaks like a sieve 2008-08-15
Comment: Bought this coffee pot right after Thanksgiving last year. It started leaking around March. Hamilton Beach customer service sent me a washer replacement. That worked and still works. Now the button that you push your coffee cup on to release the coffee is stuck and coffee pours onto the countertop. The coffee maker isn't even a year old. Don't waste your money.

Comment: This is a poorly designed product. The heater doesn't keep the coffee hot, the maker is SLOW to brew and the overflow for the fill tank is in the back - which is where the electricity is.

Summary: Don't Buy! It leaks! 2008-03-01
Comment: I have had this coffee maker for a week now. This coffee maker leaks! If you want coffee all over your counter then get this coffee maker. It seemed ok when I ran it to clean it. But, when I made my first 4 cup serving and let it stand for a while I ended up with brewed coffee all over the counter. Mine goes back to the store.

Comment: My suggestion is if you want hot coffee, DON'T buy this coffeemaker. If you don't get the coffee right when it's done brewing, you will need to heat your coffee for at least 15 seconds in the microwave.
