Summary: Poor reliability, bad warranty service 2008-07-23
Comment: This unit made great coffee...for not quite 6 months. Called Hamilton Beach warranty department - to get a replacement you must do the following: Write a snail-mail letter describing the problem, cut off the end of the cord and mail along with a check for $9.95 to their service center. Some warranty...I'm not impressed.

Summary: Lasted for only 1 year! 2008-07-15
Comment: I loved this Brewstation Deluxe and used it daily for about a year with great results, but then it started leaking coffee out of the bottom. I wasn't able to find the source of the leak. Then, it quit brewing a full cycle. I'd fill it to make a full pot, and it would shut off and stop brewing after brewing only 2 cups. And on top of those problems, the clock stopped working! I gave up on it and threw it in the garbage.

Comment: We absolutely love this coffee maker. Haven't had any issues with it yet. I've had it for a few weeks now. No leaking at all. Fairly quick brew (and we only have used it on Flavor+ so far). Plus it's so fun to use! Definitely recommend this coffee maker.

Summary: Makes coffee, sometimes leaks 2008-06-28
Comment: This coffee maker makes good coffee, is attractive sitting on the counter, and conveniently dispenses coffee. However, 1 1/2 years after purchase with daily use it now leaks coffee onto the countertop and will have to be replaced. I have replaced the washer inside, but that did not solve the problem. You may want to look elsewhere and spend your money wisely.
