Product Description
HAMILTON BEACH 62695R -- Make from-scratch deserts that will dazzle and delight with a little help from the Power Deluxe Hand Mixer. Deluxe wrap and snap cord Unique consumer preferred styling Color - White Amazon.com Review
With a 225-watt motor for accomplishing tough jobs, this compact hand mixer provides power and versatility. Two sets of stainless-steel beaters--traditional flat-bladed and easy-cleaning wire--and a whisk for whipping cream and beating egg whites come with the mixer, and six speeds are available by pushing a button atop the handle with your thumb. In addition, just below the speed control, there is another thumb-activated button, which Hamilton Beach calls the QuickBurst. This button provides an extra charge, available at any speed, for powering through tough tasks. Other attributes include a rest so the mixer can hang on a bowl's edge instead of messing up the counter with dripping beaters or whisk, a flat platform on the mixer's end so it stands up for compact storage, a tangle-free cord, and dishwasher-safe beaters and whisk. --Fred Brack

Summary: best mixer 2008-05-07
Comment: Prior to this mixer I had used one that had been passed down from my parents. Although you can't go wrong with a mixer, I like that this mixer has different heads which you can switch out depending on what you are mixing. I recommend this mixer.

Comment: Mixer has several beaters, comes in it's own case and rests om the counter top. Very pleased, thanks

Summary: Niffty little Mixer 2008-04-07
Comment: This is a really niffty little mixer - great for what it is intended to be used for. I especially love the storage unit that is attached to it - no more mis-placed beaters!! (Which is why I needed to buy a new one) Yeah!!! :)

Summary: Hamilton Beach Hand Mixer 2008-04-02
Comment: Very powerful although a little louder than my old mixer. Good feature is the snap on case that stores the cord and the beaters and keeps everything together when not in use. Works just fine.

Summary: no low speed 2008-03-28
Comment: I bought this mixer because I loved the attachable case to hold all of the accessories and the price was right. It seemed to have a lot of power for mixing thick cookie dough. All of these qualities are wonderful and have proven their worth. But I forgot a very important issue until I actually used the mixer---the lowest speed is too high for the initial folding-together of ingredients. Flour and everything else is immediately airborne. Think about the initial speed of your Kitchenaid stand mixer--very slow, right? I find that the slow speed is just as important as the powerful, faster speeds. I suffered with this mixer for a couple of years until I just couldn't take it anymore, then went out and bought a Kitchenaid Professional 9. No accessory case but my dough stays in the bowl until I pour it.
