From the makers of the popular Thermapen, ThermoWorks offers this waterproof highly durable pocket digital thermometer. Great for the kitchen, restaurants, food service, laboratory and may other applications. Press the MIN-MAX memory button to read the last highest/maximum temperature measured. Press again to read the last lowest/minimum temperature recorded. Switchable between Celsius and Fahrenheit. Battery is included and uses 1.5 volt, type A76 battery. Water resistant rating is IP65. Not for use inside oven.
