Summary: Awesome pan! 2008-04-07
Comment: My husband had been wanting a large frying pan for a long time--so I used purchased this one. And I'm so glad I did! I made spaghetti sauce in it without having to dirty up a separate pan! To me, that's a big help! I love the fact that the top is clear--I could see how the cooking was going without having to remove the top! I definitely recommend this pan!

Summary: Excellent, all-around fryer 2007-10-13
Comment: Do not let the price fool you- this fryer is an exceptional deal! It cooks evenly and cleanly, and as long as you do not cook with the heat too high, nothing (cheese, eggs, rice, chicken, etc.) will stick.
It is so easy to clean, you can simply rinse with hot water, and dry with a paper towel.
This may not impress you if you are a skilled cook, or if you have already used hard anodized cookware. However, if you (like me) have been cooking on the cheap T-Fal type brands, you will be very pleased with this purchase.
The glass lid is helpful as well, as you can gauge when you must turn your food without releasing the heat by lifting the lid.
