Summary: Not good for pancakes or french toast 2008-02-19
Comment: I cook a big breakfast for my daughters every day and they eat a lot of pancakes and french toast! This griddle does not distribute heat evenly to the four corners so I always have to turn the items once before flipping. Spend the extra $10.00 or so and get a griddle with better heat distribution to the corners. Also, this griddle brandishes in places where you have put oil but no food. I have only had this griddle a few months and I am shopping for another...don't waste your money.

Summary: Good So Far 2008-02-09
Comment: We've used the griddle for a few weekend breakfasts. So far, so good. The heat distribution isn't perfect (pancake test), but it's pretty darn good. The construction is very durable and the large handle allows you to hold a good grip. If the non-stick surface lasts (3) or more years, this will be a great, great buy. And based on the info we checked before purchase the surface should last longer.
