Summary: Absolutely the best! 2008-02-27
Comment: Prepare for a shock when you first swirl a robust red in this glass. The grooves throw back the aroma and bouquet immediately. These are huge glasses, so a three- or four-ounce serving has plenty of room to expand. And they are dishwasher safe -- just place them at an angle. So far, no hazing. Goodbye, Reidel; hello Luigi.

Summary: They work! 2007-05-09
Comment: Forget to open your reds to breathe? Can't get the hang of swirling your wine without spilling? Every sceptic who laughed at my insistence that these glasses with their ridges made the wine taste better did their own taste test. Then they had to admit I was right. Thin like Reidel... and, like Reidel, they need hand washing. Only drawback!!!

Comment: These classes are lovely. I have 4 different sets and use them routinely. I can't tell you how many compliments I've received on them.If you want relatively inexpensive but sophisticated wine glasses, these are for you.
