Summary: Just shy of really great... 2008-10-14
Comment: The Oster 3210 Quesadilla Maker is really great product except for the way it closes. The inside plates are not removable but even that's not a big deal. If it had a better closing mechanism, it would be great!

Summary: Nice Gadget 2008-07-27
Comment: I chose this one over the larger Salton model because I live alone and don't need such large portions. The low carb 8 inch tortillas sold at my local grocer fit perfectly. I usally just cut one in half and add my favorite topings (rotiserie chicken and cheese or banana peppers) and grill it up. It works great and doesn't take up a lot of space.

Comment: Really, this is the neatest & best SIMPLE gift I've gotten in a long time! Fixing sandwiches, quesadillas or whatever you want to toast or warm will be 20x better than using the microwave or stove. It's easy to use, very quick & ultra fast to clean.
