This 1,235-watt countertop oven makes pizza in about half the time required by a conventional oven. You don't need to preheat it--it begins rotating and baking the moment you plug it in. There are independently controlled top and bottom heating elements, so all types (frozen or fresh) and sizes (7 to 12 inches) of pizza can be custom baked. With a rising-crust pizza, for example, you should run the lower heating element for 10-12 minutes before turning on the top element. For a crisper crust, bake the pizza with both heating elements, then finish it off with a few minutes of bottom-only heating. For extra cooking time on your toppings, leave the top element on a little longer. A timer with automatic shutoff lets you set cooking times precisely, and a cooking-time guide for various pizza types is printed on the pizza maker. For safety, the appliance shuts off automatically if it overheats. With the 13-1/4-inch-diameter baking pan in place, the pizza maker is 13-1/4 inches wide, 9-1/2 inches high, and 17-1/2 inches deep. Comment: Great product. The only problem I have is it can be a little difficult to get the turntable plate in the right position and to get it off w/o hitting the pizza on the upper portion. It does cook great and keeps the kitchen from getting too hot like an oven would.

Comment: We really like our Pizza Pizzazz. You don't have to heat up the house when fixing pizza. It is a great time saver when fixing frozen pizzas. It is also great in heating up the frozen garlic and cheese breads.

Summary: Works great on frozen pizzas 2008-08-02
Comment: I am surprised at how well this machine works. Prior to this purchase I made my frozen pizzas in the oven and part of it was ALWAYS either burned or the middle (on the bottom) was googey and not fully cooked. Since receiving it, this pizza oven has "cooked" my frozen pizzas perfectly every time. I set it so the bottom crust is cooked for several minutes and then is combined with the top being "cooked" and this makes for the perfect pizza every time. The bottom crust has the exact amount of "crunchyness" that I want and the top is never overdone. I have full control of how the pizza turns out and I love it. One of the few products I would give an A+, 100% recommendation to buy to anyone.

Comment: We love our Pizzazz Pizza Oven. We have had ours for a couple years and have purchased several others as gifts for our children and their families. They love it too. Our favorite is to use it with DiGiorno pizza. It is the greatest and cleans up so easy.

No need to heat up the kitchen warming up the oven, the Pizzazz Pizza Oven
sits right on the counter.
I have found that it is a great conversation piece as well.
