Customer Rating: Summary: Nice, but with problems 2008-01-14 Comment: I ordered 4 chairs, and 2 out of 4 were chipped in the box. Once assembled we noticed that the paint was rubbed off from place to place, and one chair has a shorter leg..so it wobles. The matching table had problems, so it had to be sent back. Seller had poor customer service; we waited 30 minutes on hold for a manager, since we asked for shipping charges to be refunded; manager never picked up, and noone checked back with us while we were on hold, so we hung up. I still have a box with chairs in my living room that has not been picked up.
