Comment: Nice casserole. Good product as always from Staub. If amazon could learn to pack things where they don't get damaged and have to be sent back multiple times it would be even better!

Comment: Just awesome.I have diffrent kind of cast iron pots, including Le Cruset,Lodge and in my honest opinion Staub outperformed those ones. The other day I made braised lamb chops - even my 2 year old loved the meat,so succelent and tender.i think its due to those spikes on a lid . Highly recommended!

Summary: Great and very useful. 2008-08-24
Comment: I love this cookware. I've used it to make stew and hotdish already and I can see myself using this pot for many, many things. It heats evenly, the interior surface is non-stick (good, but not like a teflon pan.)
I love the color (earthy red.) $69.99 on a Friday sale and worth every penny.
