Summary: Best coaster ever 2008-09-30
Comment: I bought a cheaper coaster set and hated it. I didn't want to spend the money for the Thirsty Stone.
So i bit the bullet and guess what? I bought a second set of four! This is the best coaster I've ever owned. The stone absorbs the moisture from the glass... never fails. And it looks great. I rate Thirsty Stone coaster as perfect.

Comment: I love these sandstone coasters...I bought two sets of four over a decade ago and was replacing them. They still worked after 10 years but had become somewhat dirty. What a bargain! I live near Moab, Utah, and these coasters fit right in with my natural surroundings...

Comment: We have been searching for some coasters that absorb condensation. These work great. I found a similar pattern at Target under the "Chefmate" name for a lot less $. The fine print on the bottom of the box says "Made exclusively for Target by Thristystone."

Comment: I live in South Florida: lots of condensation with iced drinks. These coasters really work. No condensation overflow to mop up, no spots on my 60 year-old teak tables, even after many hours. I was sceptical that anything would work well enough down here, but they really do. And they're quite beautiful too.

Summary: Best Coaster ever made 2007-03-08
Comment: My husband and I enjoy our drinks with ice and it causes condensation on the outside of the glass. I have used all kinds of coasters that either leaves a puddle that when you pick up the glass it drips on you or a stain. These are fantastic as they soak up all the moisture and dry to look like you have never used the coaster. We started with a set of 4 and now we have 12. I also give these as gifts and people rave over them and want to know where they can purchase them for gifts. You will never ever be sorry you purchased these coasters.
