Summary: Terrible customer service 2008-07-12
Comment: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I bought this product as a gift for my dad. I don't think that there was anything wrong with it. Regardless, he returned it to the vendor -- Ace Digital Photo (or something similar) -- and exchanged it for camera equipment. Ace Digital Photo sent an e-mail stating that there was a $5.00 balance and that I should call a certain number. I called the number it was out of service. About five days ago, I sent an e-mail to Ace Digital Photo through the link provided by Amazon. They haven't bothered to respond. So, it appears that they are content with just keeping my money and the returned pizza grill and just ignoring me. I would caution you against dealing with this vendor.

Summary: Pure Pizza Pleasure! 2008-04-27
Comment: This grill makes the most incredible pizzas without heating up your kitchen, a big plus in Florida. You won't eat delivery ever again. We made the dough in our bread maker, stretched out the dough, topped it and it cooks quick! I also purchased one for our adult son- he says it is going to be a big hit for tailgating. Go Gators!

Summary: Pizza, Pizza, Pizza!!! 2008-04-25
Comment: Awesome idea! Quality built! The day it came, I made some dough and cranked out a couple of pizzas for dinner. The kids devoured them and I can't wait to make more. It took about 15 minutes to heat up in the grill. After I put the pizza on the stone, it cooked to perfection in less than 10 minutes. I let the first pizza cool for a few minutes before cutting while the second pizza cooked. I like a thin crust and found that a very thin crust with sauce, cheese and toppings was difficult to move (even with a pizza peel). To get around this, I made my second pizza on a piece of foil and slid the whole pizza, foil and all, onto the stone. This worked perfectly. I plan to make several pizzas this weekend and just freeze the crust with sauce and cheese ready to go. Just add toppings and cook. I Ordered 2 of these to fit side by side on my grill for when we entertain our large family. I plan to add a smoke box to the cooking process to give it that wood burning stove taste. Good luck and enjoy!

Summary: Works as advertised! great thin crust pizza 2007-11-03
Comment: The stone/pizza grill works great! and the included thermometer is quite useful. With my K-MART 4 burner grill (45000 BTU) I can easily reach 750 degrees (and more) in 15 minutes or less even at atmosphereic temperatures of 45 degrees F. outside. I've used it only for THIN CRUST pizza (virgin olive oil, minced garlic, San Marzano crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, maybe one other topping and fresh basil - all MINIMAL amounts since with this type of pizza "less is more"). The pie usually cooks fast: 2 to 3 minutes... the ideal time to get the crust just right. I DID MAKE ONE MODIFICATION TO MY BBQ GRILL to insure quick hi temperatures --- I went to Home Depot and got myself a sheet of galvanized steel (in the duct work/plumbing dept) and used it to creat a liner inside the grill hood ... basically naking a smaller space in which the pizza stone sits. This made a big difference in the speed of heating, gas used, and temperatures achieved.
