Amazon.com Review
Packing 1,500 watts of cooking power, this beautiful, 12-inch electric skillet is ideal for family cooking and entertaining. It's made of heavy-gauge (0.9 mm), 18/10 stainless steel so it retains it's mirror-finish luster even after repeated trips through the dishwasher, where it's safe after the temperature control has been removed. The interior is coated with exceptionally durable, stainless-steel- reinforced Excalibur nonstick for low-fat cooking and easy cleaning. The control adjusts to temperatures ranging from 200 degrees F (for serving, say, pasta at the table) to 400 degrees F (for browning and cooking, say, pork chops with sauerkraut). The skillet's lid is made of tempered glass so cooking progress can be monitored without releasing heat. Two riveted, polished, cast-stainless-steel handles permit the skillet to be carried from kitchen to table, where the skillet makes a handsome serving piece. Sturdy feet under the skillet protect counter and table surfaces. The skillet carries a one-year warranty against defects. --Fred Brack

Summary: A simply fantastic skillet 2007-08-28
Comment: Quick heating, temperature accurate, easy cleaning. It is by far the best skillet on the market. I ordered one for myself and liked it so much that I ordered two as gifts for other family members. Buy it - you'll love it.

Summary: VillaWare 12-inch Electric Skillet Nonstick 2007-08-28
Comment: This VillaWare skillet is a "must have" for everyone. I love VillaWare products and have had a VillaWare Waffle Iron for over 15-years and it still looks good and cooks as it first did. I would definately give this Skillet to family and friends as a gift and I will be purchasing a second one for my kitchen. It cooks evenly and keeps foods warm until time to serve. Easy to clean and store. Love it !!

Summary: Love It!!!!!! 2007-08-27
Comment: I received this pan & couldn't wait to use it. Boy, when I did, I was surprised by how well it cooked!!! I really love it!!! In comparison to other electric fry pans like Rival [which I had & the non-stick finish started peeling off in patches everywhere]this one works really great. It cleans up so easily, too.

Summary: Great Electric Skillet 2007-07-09
Comment: What a great buy! I love the size & depth, and skillet has nice weight to it. First time use - seemed to have a couple hot spots, but I was cooking a very sticky dish.
Overall - I love it!!
