Comment: This pan is as good as ATK says it is. I have sauteed chicken cutlets, created a pan sauce from the fond, carmelized onions, and made pizza sauce. It accommodated everything nicely and clean up was a breeze. Don't hesitate. Get this pan since it is almost impossible to find in the stores.

Comment: I saw saute pans reviewed on a morning news show and this one got high rating despite its price. We really like it! It heats evenly and its no stick surface works wonderfully.

Comment: This is a very easy pan to use and clean up. Even making fried Chinese noodles with veggies doesn't stick. The pan has a nice weight and seems hardy. I highly recommend it!
