Summary: Buckcherry nails it again! 2008-11-23
Comment: Allthough I thought they would never top 15,Buckcherry nails it again with their blood pumping, fist pounding,in yuor face don't give a damm rock. They write what they want and don't care if the critics like it or not. Something to be admired these days.

Summary: Not as good as 15 but............ 2008-11-05
Comment: When I first listened to "Black Butterfly" I was completely disappointed. I thought "15" was an awesome record, and was hoping Buckcherry would push the envelope further to finally create a hard rock disc that would become the pinnacle of their career. To me, "Black Butterfly" plays it safe, and seemingly follows a similar pattern as "15". It left me a little disappointed, but I kept playing it, and you know what..... "Black Butterfly" has grown on me quite a bit since its release date. While it doesn't have the same impact on me as "15" did, it is still a good album, and one the band can be proud of.

The ought to have several hit singles as the following songs are highly listenable: "Rescue Me", "Too Drunk", "Tired of You", "Rose", "A Child Called It" and the sorry like "Don't Go Away". I can see most of these becoming new fan favorites.

The Bottom line: Give Black Butterfly a chance. It will grow on you. Recommended Listening!!
