Comment: We've had a couple of different scales before this one. The others were never consistent, reading different weights with only minutes between attempts. This scale is consistent and more accurate than any of the other scales we've had.

Comment: This is a really nice looking accurate scale that simply tells you your weight. It's a little different to turn on. I thought I would just have to tap the scale to turn it on, but it actually takes more force then that. It takes tipping it slightly then letting the force of gravity turn it on. I like that it doesn't have all the wacky bells and whistles that other scales seem to have now. And hey! It came with batteries!

Summary: Amazing (and rare) - a virtually perfect product! 2010-03-21

Comment: I bought 2 of these scales based on the reviews. They agree with each other to 0.4 lbs and each gives consistent readings. I have performed multiple weighings on each scale numerous times and ALWAYS get the SAME reading - incredible precision for such a reasonably priced scale. (On my old scale, I had to weigh myself 3 times and take the middle value for any sort of consistency.) They both seem quite accurate, too, as they read about 2 lbs more than my old scale (bummer), which always read about 2 lbs light compared to professional scales. Bottom line, these scales are easy-to-use, accurate, attractively designed, and inexpensive - a virtually perfect product!

Comment: I was originally looking for a scale that would give an accurate reading. That means two things: 1) when I get on the scale, get off, and get back on again, I get the same number. 2) It gives me the same reading as the fancy scale at the gym. It does both of those. I don't give it a 5 because I find it hard to "love" a scale and because it's a little difficult to wake up. You're supposed to tap on the glass with your foot to "wake up" the scale, but you often have to tap it a few times in a few different places or tap the side or slide it across the floor. That's not really a hassle unless you're trying to weigh yourself while your spouse is asleep -- all the tapping and sliding sounds like an animal is loose in the house.
