Summary: A must-have for every gearhead 2009-12-13
Comment: Bought this in a fit of GoW insanity, but these cog tags live up to the hype. They're pure metal! I've personally had them for a while now, and there's no sign of bending or damage. The cogs also have "Property of the Coalition of Ordered Governments" etched on the side. The chain itself is a little flimsy but survives regular use (unless you try to pull it off your neck).

Comment: The gears themselves are very solid and I'm very happy with them. However the only reason that the product does not get 5 stars is simply because the necklace is not so good qaulity; it broke within the first 5 days, just because I dropped it. Otherwise, great for any true gearhead.

Comment: I think the cog tags are very funny for Gears Of War fans! I ordered one for me, and one for my boyfriend, who also is a Gears Of War fan.
I read someone else's review, and he said that the "chain" was plastic, but it's not. It's more like some kind of cheap metal.
However, I thought $12,99 was an ok price, but since I live in Sweden I had to pay $29,99 for the shipping. I paid for Priority shipping that would take 2-4 days, but it took like 3 weeks. I did not pay for standard shipping. This was a big dissapointment since I expected them to be here in less than a week. And on top of that I only got one at first... We contacted the sellers who sent the second one right away. It took like a week or something. My boyfriend was kind of upset because he had to wait another week for his Cog Tags, haha!
Well, the Cog Tags were great, but the service was pretty bad.

Comment: I cannot even begin to express my pleasure in the Gears Tags. The entire experience was great. The package arrived earlier that promised, the quality of the tags was amazing, and my husband (a rabid Gears fan) is still showing off the tags to whomever will stand still long enough for him to get them from his car where he keeps them. One of the few gifts that hasn't disappeared into his collection shelves after the first week.
I was expecting a lightweight alloy construction but these tags are heavy-duty! I would recommend them to any hard-core Gears player.
